It can be fair use for criticism, comments, and parody. If you use it in that form it is not called copyrighting

Usually a fair use could be called when you use something for a project or something to explain to a class or a type of teaching.

You should always give the person you got it from credit for your ideas if they came from them. You should ask the person if it’s ok to use their information for something.
